Creating Service request from Outlook Integration tool.

in CRM On Demand - Administration (MOSC) Question
Hi All,

Is there a way of creating a SR from the Outlook Integration tool? I looked at creating workflows to do so, however there is no way that I can create SR based on a task created, the other way it is possible.any suggestions?
