Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. we want to do automatic pick confirms using this api but we also want to manually do pick releases

to that end we created two rules

how do we assign the correct rule to use with this api?
