Can`t release planned opm work order ins ascp plan

Hi all,
I have the following problem:

I have an ascp plan for an OPM Organziation. The plan suggests supply for a sales order for a make item.  But in the tab "Release Properties" in the field "Implement AS" is written None and i cannot chose WIP.

Does somebody have a clou? I suppose a flag is missing... because when I change the item to a buy-item I can release requisitions.
