What are the patches to be applied for EFD PIS/COFING? 3-5792678448

We are initiating a EFD PIS/COFINS implementation and we have to be sure that we are on the top of the available patches.
Please, inform what patches we need to apply in order to get EFD PIS/COFINS implemented for Brazil?
Is there some additional note regarding the implementation steps?
