Call Center Agents receive a "400" error when S/R description contains code
Technical call center agents sometimes copy path names and/or code lines into S/R problem descriptions (see example). When this happens, sometime access the S/R will cause a "400" error. Has anyone else had this experience and if so, how are you getting around it? Thanks
