One of the customer is getting following exception and so he could not able to login into one of the applications. He is using 10.3.3 server. What could be the probable cause of the issue
 java.lang.AssertionError: javax.management.InstanceNotFoundException: case_osm01:Name=case_osm01,Type=Domain,*.
