Libattach 1.4.3

Hi,I have successfully installed Storagetek libattach v1.4.3, 32bit version,  on a windows server 2008 standard edition server. When I try to do the same thing on a server 2008 R2 standard server the 32bit installer won't work (64bit is OK). Anyone can help me please?
