EBS 11.5.10.2 extended support Questions : Note 883202.1

We are in the process to install patches in an EBS 11.5.10.2 instance in order to take it to extended support state according to note 883202.1We only use the following modules: GL - AR - AP - PO
We have doubts about shared modules (like HR), are this modules needed to be patched too ?
And what about modules with status Installed that are not used: they need to be patched too ?
