Records in table pa_transaction_interface_all with transaction_status_code = R

Hi There,
I have three (3) records stuck in table pa_transaction_interface_all with status = R (Rejected). Rejection reason is "User Trans Control: Organization not allowed on this project task". I need to reprocess these rows. I am really not sure why they are rejected. Do I need to update status to "I" or something else?

Please let me know.
