RE: Job Cost Commitment Relief Constants

I am having a small issue right now with Commitment Relief in E1 Version 9.0.   Prior to 9.0, every job cost implementation I have worked on, in the Job Cost Constants, all I had to do was set up Company 00000 and ensure the Commitment Relief option was enabled.  Only if a company DID NOT want commitment relief did I set up the other companies by exception.  I have a plethora of clients set up this way, checked with fellow consultants and found out they too follow this rule.  Until now, I never encountered system-related commitment relief issues (other than
