Can Internal Requisition and Internal SO process support PTO kit?

Hello,

When the item attribute  "Pick Components" .is checked, the "Internal Ordered" attribute cannot be checked. Does this mean that the Internal Requisition and Internal SO process do not support PTO kits? Any suggestions on how to handle this process?
