Collection Method Parameter in Planning Data Pull Program does not lists all values

Hi All,

I am not able to see all the three values under Collection Method in Planning Data Pull program.  I can only see Complete Refresh only.  Lookup "PARTIAL_YES_NO" lists all the three values and are enabled.  Any pointer will be helpful.
