Impact on Wage Attachments when changing the pay frequency

Could anyone be able to tell what is the impact of the field PFRQ (Pay Frequency) in the Wage Attachmebt Rule file F06931.

Here is the situation: This EnterpriseOne version 9.0 payroll makes use of several garnishment deductions for employees and currently, the pay period is on a weekly basis.

We will be changing the payroll pay frequency from a weekly cycle to a biweekly cycle soon and we are evaluating all changes required in order to do so. Among other things, the wage attachment rules (table F06931).  To each WA rule is associated a Pay Frequency (PFRQ).  What is the impact of simply modifying the F06931.PFRQ from "W" to "B"?  Any negative impact?
