Publisher freezes when schedule reports

Hi. When I try to schedule reports executions, sometimes, BI Publisher ( 10.1.3.4) freezes and not respond. It freezes every time that there are about 5 ( or above) users trying to schedule reports a tthe same time. Then, after a period of time, the explorer fails too ( Internet Explorer can't update the page).

What may be happening ? Is the garabage collector the posible reason ? ( someone told me that)
