AP Trial Balance by Liability Account Report

Hi All,
Has anybody successfully built / delivered an AP Trial Balance by Liability Account report to your business users? If so, I'd love to hear how you went about building it (i.e., from scratch, leveraged off an existing report, etc).

Edit: I forgot the biggest key word for this report, Aging. We are looking to see if there's a way to build an AP Trial Balance Aging report by Liability Account. Sorry I left that out originally. If anybody has successfully provided an AP Trial Balance by Liability Account Aging report, I'm all ears to how you built it.
