Are we able to change RC-Ledger Name for Balance Level (R12).

Hello.

We are in R12.1.2.

We wanted to create a new RC-USD ledger at Currency Conversion JOURNAL level, and accidentally created it at BALANCE level.  We not cannot change the currency conversion level, nor the name.  The name is the exact name per our standards for the RC-USD Journal level ledger we need.

Is there a way to change the "Reporting Currency Name" & "Short NAme"  It says it changes it when we press apply, but it doesn't.

Or is there a way to change the "Currency Conversion Level" to Journal?

We have not created responsibilities or opened periods yet.
