Concurrent Request History

I have a request to find out why concurrent request have taken time between "REQUESTED_START_DATE" and "ACTUAL_START_DATE".

I have requests which has REQUESTED_START_DATE as 11/Apr/2012 and ACTUAL_START_DATE as 5/Jun/2012 and this request took some 1 min to complete after the ACTUAL_START_DATE. Now the problem is why this request has taken some 50days. How to find out the details abt the above?

I have many concurrent requests like this, how to find why this time is so huge?

System was never been down.

Managers were runnign fine for all the time.

These are not scheduled requests
