Is there a way to archive the data of S_QUOTE_ITEM_XA

Hi,
One of our customers is having  a degrade of performance in their application due to large amount of data in this table(siebel.s_quote_item_xa) as they have nearly 2 Crore records in this table as of now. They would like to find a way to archive the data.

Kindly provide a feasible solution for this.
