VAT- Tax amount entry

Hi,

We were trying to implement JDE 9.0  and we are facing a issue. We are having Point of sale system which calculates VAT while selling. All the transactions were getting processed in JDE through sales order process through interface. We like to process sales order with entering tax amount through interface rather than JDE to re calculate the tax. Can some suggest any way to get tax amount entered in the system from outside than calculating tax amount.
