Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I am planning to upgrade E-business suite release 12.0.0 to 12.1.3

Kindly let me know the available documents for upgrading, patchsets to be applied and steps to be followed.
