Updates in Service contracts not reflected in IB
We are on Ebiz 11.5.9.
We have been informed to update customer sites/their contact details(email etc.) of some contract lines.
We updated these contract lines in service Contracts.But those contact details are not reflecting in Install base.
I searched IB using serial number of contact sub line.
Due to this,I had to update the contact details(email etc) in IB.
Is there any provision/process to synchronize the customer data updates happened in service contracts to IB.
Please suggest.
