Some Icons don't appear in iProcurement after Installing French NLS on EBS R12.1.1 Vision

Hi Guys, I have an issue.
After installing the French NLS on E-Business Suite R12.1.1 Vision and after installing the Translation synchronization patch, some Icons don't appear on the iProcurement page. Has somebody experience this issue before? If yes what was the solution?
Also I haven't  Installed Oracle Unicode Fonts for Dynamic Image Generation in Oracle E-Business Suite  after applying the translation synchronization patch. Is it the reason I am having this problem?
