OLM: How to handle enrollment approval for top management

Our top manager in our company enrolled in a training class.   The workflow/approval process stopped.  The error notification says "stopped due to an error and cannot generate a list of approvers".    It also gives error "ORA-20215: An invalid approver has been encountered in ame_engine.fetchRuntimeGroup:Manager.  Please remove the invalid approver.   Invalid approver originating system person_id and originating system ID 62047."

 

We have AME set up for approvals as follows:

Class Enrollment:  Requires approval of manager (action type:  approval-group-chain of authority) External Learning:  Requires approval of manager (action type:  approval-group-chain of authority) and then once manager approves, it requires approval from our HR representative (action type:
