Records are not removed from F4209

Hi All,

I have found an inconsistency in the Sales order program. When I have an order held wiith any hold code, and I cancel a line by ROW --> cancel line, the order line is still with the Hold code, and it has not been removed from the file F4209.

It is not consistent because when the user inquiries the Held orders, those cancelled orders appear. 

I would much appreciate your help to understand this process.
