Windows RAC: Time synchronization not working

edited Jun 14, 2012 2:40AM in Database - RAC/Scalability (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered
Hi,I run into a Problem with Time Synchronization on Windows 2008:

on Windows RAC the Windows Time-Service is configured with MaxNegPhaseCorrection=0.

With this configuration I eventualy get the Message"The computer did not resync because the required time change was too big" during Resync with the external Time Source.

How can I solve this Issue ?

Searched in Metalink and google without success.

My understanding is that with 11.2 the CTSSD-Clusterservice is responsible for Timemanagement in the Cluster, so the MaxNegPhaseCorrection=0 Requirement should be obsolete.

Any other thoughts or hints are greatly appreciated
