Automatic Modifier is showing in View Adjustment screen after Order is imported, but the price on Or

Automatic Modifier is showing in View Adjustment screen after Order is imported, but the price on Order is not discounted, the adjusted amount on the view adjustments is showing as 0. The pricing flag is set to calculate flag.

When I manually enter the same order, the discount is applied fine.

Can someone please help me in figuring out why this must be happening.
