Patch 14107595: adworker failed for porresp.ldt and icx137118f.ldt when applying French Synchronizat

Hi, 

When applying French Synchoronization Patch 14107595, adworker failed for the following ldts:
           FAILED: file icx1371518f.ldt on worker  7.
           FAILED: file porresp.ldt  on worker  8.
 
When manually running the FNDLOAD, it failed with No Data Found error.
Logs show
u23/app/fin11i/xeuappl/icx/11.5.0/patch/115/import/F/porresp.ldt
An entity definition is required to define values of type FND_APPLICATION
No data found for upload



/u23/app/fin11i/xeuappl/icx/11.5.0/patch/115/import/F/icx1371518f.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
No data found for upload
