Prefered Flag at the Customer Site Conatct
There is a Preferred flag at the customer site contact. We upgraded our 11i Enviornment from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3 and during that process some of the contacts info got flagged as Preffered. Those contact details are now non updatebale.
Can some one provide some info around this preffered contact field. What it is for and how to change the contact details which are already marked as preffered.
Any info will be helpful.
