Query to get the Operating Unit of US responsibility for an invoice of India Operating Unit and Paym

We have a scenario as below

Login to US payables responsibility

US OU defaults in the Operating Unit column.Change the OU to India Operating Unit and create an Invoice. Make a payment of India OU.

All the invoice and payment tables holds India Operating Unit in the org_id column. But we have to get Operating Unit which got defaulted as soon as we login to US responsibility.We are not able to fetch the US Operating Unit from the Invoice and Payment Tables. Where to get the org of the US Responsibility using query.
