7120 unable to register: firewall issue? [ZFS Storage Appliance (ZFS SA) ports and serves names for
I have a new ZFS Storage 7120 appliance that I'm trying to register. Whenever I try to connect, I get the following error:
"The appliance was unable to connect to the remote support servers (or the web proxy, if specified). Check your proxy and network
configuration."
I am using my valid MOS account.
The unit is behind a (very) restrictive firewall. From the CLI, I have run "ping -p 443" on both transport.sun.com and transport.oracle.com,
and both return that they are alive. I'm wondering if it's trying to connect to something else, or on a port that isn't opened. Can anyone
