Using Dun and Bradstreet's Business Directory with CRMOD

Hello,

 We are thinking of using Dun and Bradstreet's online business directory to have more updated customer information. D&B offers a product called D&B 360 for Oracle CRMOD. Has anyone used this before ?. How is this implemented ?. Is it a plugin available for CRM or is it a data-on-demand service where we have to make a call out to D&B server from CRMOD ?.
