Netca Issue

Hello,

Having an Oracle Database 9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.8 - 64bit Production on HP-UX PA-RISC (64-bit)
on running Netca to configure listener, the following error is generated: 

/usr/oracle/app/product/9.0.1/bin/netca[152]: %s_jreLocation%/bin/jre: not found.

 echo $JREDIR
/usr/oracle/app/product/9.0.1/JRE

echo $JLIBDIR
/usr/oracle/app/product/9.0.1/jlib

Please advise why is this error occuring and how to overcome it
