Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. EligibilityDisplayMode=1 - and Hide InEligible Products

Due to the Product defect

when we set EligibilityDisplayMode=2 the Eligibility WF invoked for each Products in Price list . that leads to the perfomance problem.

So we plan to keep EligibilityDisplayMode=1 , but we need hide inEligible Products from "Product Pick Applet (Eligibility)".

We tried the Seach Spec but Seach Spec on Eligibility Status or Eligibility Reason is not allowed.

Please advise.
