12i Upgrade: reports compilation using adadmin hangs after upgrading to 12.1.1/12.1.3

Hi,

I am upgrading oracle apps from 11.5.10.2/DB 11.2.0.1 to 12.1.3/11.2.0.3. (I didn't applied the latest PSU instead i applied the interoperability patches)
Upgrade went well. But when i compile reports using adadmin, it hangs. Forms compilation is fine.
I applied RDBMS interoperability patches for 12i.
I don't see any error message in DB alert file, adadmin log file and worker log file.

Any body experience this issue during 12i upgrade?
