webutil usage for R12 under unix .

Using  Oracle ERP EBS R12 under unix. Database 10g .

i want to upload files from my local pc files  through oracle apps .
configured webutil on the unix and sign the files frmwebutil.jar and jacob.jar, i also add them to formsweb.cfg but the error
"oracle.forms.webutil.file.filefunctions bean not found" is still appear

after searching a a lot of threads, some people says that webutil is not supported for Oracle EBS R12 under unix!!

Configured webutil for windows with oracle forms 10g and it works fine .

If webutil is not supported! what is the alternative solution to download, upload files in oracle EBS R12 under unix application server!
