Account Derivation Rule (ADR) Set up issue

Hello,

I want to design an ADR in such a way that the journal line takes the segment value based on condition applicable for each priority line. I have attached the scren shot for ready reference.

The problem is that I am not able to 'assign' this new ADR to one of segment of the Journal Line Type (JLT). It is not available in the list of values.

Can anyone pl help ?
