Share Single Price List between Operating Units

Hi,
Can i use Single Customers Price for below cases
1. Share the single Price List for Two Operating Units which are under same Legal Entity
2. Share the single Price List for Two Operating Units which are under different Legal Entity.

Please provide your view on the same
