Schedule a report by url instead of using the webservice

I want just to schedule a report the same way I use to run the report (online) by an url.

Is this possible or is the only way by using webservices?

The reason I want to schedule is because the (apex) user is able to start a report, but some reports are very big and has to be scheduled to enable bursting.
