Agile query performance issue.

Can anyone help me to find which Agile function send the following query to Oracle database (Agile PLM Version: 9.3.1.2, Oracle database 11.2.0.2.0)? This query cause the Agile system slow and database is very busy. This issue can be reproduced in my DEV or QA Agile databases.
