Optimizer unschedule the task from best CE's trip

Hi,

When I try to schedule a task, it shows me the best plan options. I go ahead and select the the best option CH101E12 and schedule the task. Now, when I run the Optimize Across Trips program, the optimizer reschedules the task to CH101E02 even though the best plan option was CH101E12. So, my question is Why did the optimizer moved the tasks from the best CE's trip?
