Mobile Laptop application 12.1.3: customizations
we have had business complaints that the out of the box laptop application requires way to many clicks to get all the information in one place. Due to that, we are thinking about using the new custom tables that CSL provides to give the users a better experience when using the Laptop application: all install base info, including attachments and contracts in 1 page, debriefing and required parts in 1 page, etc.
Does anyone have any experience in doing this? On what is required and how feasible this is? What other things have you done to improve usability?
