RPAS C++ Procedures

Hi,
Are there examples of RPAS C++ Procedures?
And is there any documentation besides the RPAS Extension Development Guide? This document doesn't make any reference to the development of RPAS Procedures in C++ and I'd like to be able to make a simple test to compare performance between a Java Expression and a Procedure in C++.
