PA PSD Codes and the Tax Area shown on the Pay Stub

Does anyone else have employees in Pennsyvania subject to PA Act 32?  There is a question regarding the tax area shown on the pay stub.  E1 is correctly calculating the higher of the residence or work tax area AMOUNT, but the stub does not vary the tax area (and description since that's what the employee sees) depending on which tax area caused the amount.  Since the tax amount should be remitted to the WORK tax authority, the thought is that the stub show this tax authority even if the rate was due to the residence tax area.   Does that make
