F4311 Edit Line - What are the valid values for the AdvpriceCalledFlag

I am using the business functions to change a purchase order.  I do not want the PO to be repriced.  Yet we need the F4074 records.  So, I can not use the price override flag.  The AdvpriceCalled flag appears to work, if I pass a 2 into it.  What is this?  How is it used?  What are the valid values ?  And what does each value do?  Any information would be appreciated.
