Reporting Annual Volume from Account on multiple activities

I have a group who tracks multiple calls to an Account using Tasks which are categorized by call type on each Task.  The request is that I report the number of each type of call (Task) and include the Annual Revenue that is housed on the Account.   When I have, for example, 5 Tasks attached to the Account, the Annual Revenue is repeated 5 times on the report giving false values.

Does anyone know of a way to do this type of report?

If I could count the # of activities attached to the account, and then divide the Annual Revenue by that number I could get a correct amount to report, but haven't a clue.
