How to register a custom PL/SQL script using custom interace registration in iSetup in R12.1.3

Hi,
I have taken care of the prerequisite setups in iSetup (R12.1.3) like adding 'iSetup Super User Role' for Custom interface registrations.
I need to register a custom PL/SQL lookup script to take care like FND lookups / lookup codes inserts/updates/deletes.

Searched in MOS and i can see an example for custom interface registration for 'iSetup Framework (or) BC4J interface type in iSetup Developer guide documented for R12.06 and above.

Looking forward for any pointers like MOS notes or white papers, appreciate your help.
