R12, Mass Additions Create Report

Where is the best place to view the standard report to verify that the report that you generate is indeed the latest version?

we are not sure if the latest report should not include the full CCID (looking for project) and why the Foreign Currency amount column displays even if there is no foreign currency for the report.
