Unable to see or select pricing attributes in Quoting R12 Self Service

I am wondering if anyone can tell me how to see and select the pricing attributes in Quoting R12 Self Service. I've set some up in advanced pricing and can see and interact with them in OM and Forms Based Quoting but not in Quoting Self Service.

In Self service when I navigate to the Line Details -> Pricing and click Pricing Atttributes -> Add Attribute, the Add Attribute window opens without a list and if I click Apply I get an error:

Attribute PricingContext in QotLineDetailsAM.LinePromoCodesVOObj is required
I would appreciate help with this.
