API to end date a valid grade for a job

Hello,
I would like to know when this UPDATE_VALID_GRADES_FOR_JOB (in HR_VALID_GRADE_AP) will be available as Public for customers to use?

There is a customer who has a large volume of grade interfaced from an external system and it is practically impossible to end date by querying each job in the system. It will be helpful if you can suggest any workaround to achieve this programatically.
