Fixed Assets - EBS (MOSC)

Tools > View Accounting > Greyed out on The FAXASSET screen

In the FAXASSET screen, when we call up an asset, and we try to view the accounting behind a specifc transaction by going to "TOOLS > VIEW ACCOUNTING"  the menu is Greyed out.
Only if we go to the "Finanacial Enquiry" tab, and then the "Depreciation" tab does it work, but no-where else.

I did run "Create Accounting" Final, for this period, but to no avail

Any suggestions?
